We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to lead our team and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily activities of the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere run smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service to our guests, responding promptly to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also supervise and guide the Porter Valet team to maximize productivity and ensure the highest standards of service are achieved.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will assist the Chief Concierge in maintaining the highest standards of service and creating a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale, and fosters teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure efficient daily operations
- Supervise and guide the Porter Valet team to maximize productivity
- Assist the Chief Concierge in maintaining high service standards
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage teams
- Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
