Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Concierge Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere. This is a leadership position that requires strong communication skills, ability to motivate and engage the team, and knowledge of hotel check-in systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure efficient daily operations and prompt guest response
  • Supervise and guide the Porter Valet team to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with the Chief Concierge to maintain high standards of service
  • Foster a positive work environment that drives motivation, morale, and teamwork

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Deliver outstanding guest experiences
  2. Maintain high levels of team engagement and motivation
  3. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  4. Provide excellent verbal and written communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
