We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Guest Services Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Porter Valet team, ensuring a positive guest experience and promoting our hotel as a leading entertainment destination.

This is an exciting opportunity to take good care of both our guests and hotel teams, creating a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure efficient daily operations and prompt guest response
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Porter Valet team to maximize productivity
  • Assist the Chief Concierge in achieving the highest standards of service
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Leadership experience with ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
