About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a skilled Barista. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work at least 2-3 days a week with rotating shifts.
- Must be able to start at 7:30 am and work till close (5:30 pm).
- Availability on at least one weekend day is a requirement.
- Can thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting.
- Has a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers, with excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Barista, your primary duty will be to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our valued customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and mornings.
