Beverage Service Position

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Professional who is passionate about the hospitality industry. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Bar, including preparing and serving beverages to guests.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of menu items and their ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every guest receives the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to create and implement new cocktail menus that showcase fresh, innovative, and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and order supplies as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the bar area, to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bartending role.
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
