This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for customer service, a love of cocktails, beer and spirits, and a hands-on approach to managing the team.

The successful candidate will have solid upmarket restaurant and/or bar experience and be a passionate and knowledgeable 'beverage guy'. They will understand or be curious to learn how to cost out a beverage list and have excellent time and task management skills, and solid verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Love all things beverage - cocktails, spirits, beer, and beyond
  • Have solid upmarket restaurant and/or bar experience

  • Be a natural leader who can oversee and deliver on operational duties, senior administrative and management responsibilities

  • Be an effective team player and natural leader

As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in driving the bar offer and service as part of our leadership team. You will oversee the bar team, curate and oversee the cocktail list, and manage beverage costings and related expenses.
