Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beverage Professional to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages with expertise and flair
  • Provide friendly and efficient table service, taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as required, such as seating guests and processing payments
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a hospitality setting, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine and beer varieties, and food and beverage pairings
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a warm and welcoming dining experience
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service
