Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact with both new and regular customers
  • Promote our loyalty program
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

To be successful as a Beverage Service Professional, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • The capacity to lift up to 6-8 kilograms of coffees on shift
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Basic food handling and serving skills
