Job Title:

Human Resource Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Management Specialist to manage data and systems, ensuring accurate HRIS information and efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate data-related activities that support organisational changes, enterprise agreement updates, and people processes within our team.

As a trusted point of contact, you will provide data guidance and support to leaders, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements while maintaining robust employee data.

You will also contribute to system support activities such as process mapping, UAT testing for HRIS updates, maintain HR MS Forms and automation workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in complex environments, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR data and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead and coordinate data-related activities that support organisational changes
  • Provide data guidance and support to leaders
  • Contribute to system support activities such as process mapping and UAT testing
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Experience in HR in complex environments
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks, Awards, and Fair Work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
