Financial Services Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a Claims Administrator to manage and administer new claims, liaising with customers and other parties.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will undertake technical claims administration, gathering information, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements and processing payments.

As a Claims Administrator, you will:
- Assist Divisional Manager with claims data preparation, monitoring and analysis.
- Identify recovery opportunities and monitor outstanding claims via JRS diary system.
- Build good rapport with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Understanding of covers and policy wordings.
- Capacity to recognise trends and anomalies of claims data.
