Claims Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting, with a strong foundation in claims management.

  • Analyse policy terms and apply sound judgment to resolve complex claims.
  • Communicate confidently and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
  • Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
  • Select and coordinate service providers - working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated insurance professional with clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills. They should have a curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
