Manage Insurance Claims with Excellence

We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a critical role in managing claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.
- Proactively manage claims from initiation to resolution, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance claims outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with assessors, builders, brokers, strata managers and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely resolution of claims.
- Navigate complex claims scenarios with ease, making informed decisions that balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Select and coordinate service providers, working closely with experts such as assessors, builders and legal professionals to ensure effective claims management.
About You:
- Prior experience in property claims or loss adjusting is highly valued, but not essential. We are open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for insurance.
- Strata experience would be advantageous, but not a requirement. What's more important is your ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- You have a strong foundation in claims management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex claims scenarios with confidence.
