We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to catastrophe (CAT) motor claimants in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre role and previous insurance experience is desirable. You will need to demonstrate resilience and empathy when dealing with complex situations and clients under distress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls while adopting a one-touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure.
  • Managing the operational processing of CAT motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via effective communication and problem-solving skills.
