Search Strategist

We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to drive customer acquisition and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid search campaigns.
This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for performance marketing who can make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop global paid search strategies and manage campaigns across multiple search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Manage targeting settings and bid strategies to maximise campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Test and iterate ad creative and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align search efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in paid search, driving measurable results.
- Expertise in Google Ads and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
