We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This role involves providing coaching and guidance to managers on effective people management, building strong relationships, and managing employee performance with confidence.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy. You will be working closely with a traditional workforce, handling diverse people matters, and being part of significant projects such as the decommissioning project in Bass Strait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting managers with tailored guidance, coaching, and best practices to handle performance, employee relations, and workforce scenarios.
- Overseeing and assisting with mobilisation, demobilisation, and project activities related to key workforce projects.
- Building strong relationships with both the workforce and management.
