Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for high-volume blue-collar positions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone screens and interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles, and excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with various sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume blue-collar positions
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN CANDIDATES EFFICIENTLY USING A VARIETY OF PLATFORMS
  • CONDUCT PHONE SCREENS AND INTERVIEWS TO ASSESS SKILLS AND FIT
  • COORDINATE WITH HIRING MANAGERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience:
  • High-Volume Recruiting for Blue-Collar or Skilled Trade Roles
  • Essential Skills:
  • TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
  • FAMILIARITY WITH VARIOUS SOURCING TOOLS AND AN ATS
