Operations Manager for People and Culture

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, operationally complex manufacturing environment as a Senior HR Business Partner.
- Partner with senior operational leaders across multiple sites to drive strategic people initiatives.
- Provide expert support in ER/IR matters, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Lead change management, culture, and engagement programs across blue- and white-collar teams.
- Analyse and interpret workforce data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support site leaders in building leadership capability and managing talent pipelines.
- Oversee and coach a small HR team, fostering development and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Collaborate on projects across diversity, wellbeing, and safety culture
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll take on a strategic and hands-on role supporting senior leaders. You'll be a trusted advisor who brings insight, challenges thinking, and delivers people solutions that align with both short- and long-term business objectives.
