Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
- Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
- Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment is highly regarded.
