National Property Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead property management across Australia.

Job Description

This full-time role is based at our Head Office in Tullamarine and reports to the Operations Director AU/NZ. As a key member of the Operations team, you will support the transformation of the network by managing property leases, maintenance, and identifying alternative leasing opportunities.

This role requires a proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for reimagining our national footprint, overseeing property maintenance, and leading non-fleet procurement across ANZ.

You will also champion the EV transformation, from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure, and drive consistency and professionalism across our locations through visual branding.

Additionally, you will support renewals, terminations, and evaluate opportunities for converting franchise to corporate stations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience in property, procurement, or infrastructure management. Previous experience in franchise management and some exposure to car rental industry are highly desirable.

You must have a strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts, as well as an understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements.
