Property Education Department - Team Leader Property Education Department - Team Leader 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Reporting to the Front End Sales Director, we are looking for a results driven Team Leader to lead a team and grow capability.
This individual will be responsible for driving results of their team, and ensuring that we meet/exceed our sales targets.
The position is in charge of leading a team both in office and remote which is your responsibility to mentor, train and analyse their performance.
Key responsibilities include: Coaching, mentoring, and performance managing a telesales team Monitoring compliance and ensuring all procedures and policies are followed Analysing call quality and team data to provide continuous feedback and strategic direction Collaborating cross-functionally to optimise client experience and lead conversion Driving recruitment, onboarding, and professional development Managing team calendars, lead allocation, and reporting tools to maximise productivity Creating fun, results-driven incentives that support team morale and output Preparing payment workbooks and delivering department updates to senior leadership ABOUT YOU: You've got the leadership chops to inspire, coach, and drive a telesales team to consistently hit (and exceed) their goals.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in telesales management — whether leading large teams or navigating fast-paced, remote setups — and you know what it takes to deliver big results.
You're confident with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Aircall, and you're not afraid to dive into data to uncover performance insights or process improvements.
You understand financial services or similar regulated environments and the importance of compliance — and you make sure your team does too.
You're a big thinker with sharp attention to detail.
You're proactive, strategic, and know how to strike the right balance between discipline and fun.
You know how to build a positive team culture, drive accountability, and create a workplace people genuinely enjoy showing up to.
