Strategic Property Leader

As a Retail Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurants across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage lease renewals and property moves to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to our business operations.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords to guarantee agreed works are delivered on time, in scope, and up to industry standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to transform centre-based promotions into engaging experiences.
- Be the driving force behind property management across our ANZ restaurants, building productive relationships with area managers and landlords.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in retail leasing or managing a portfolio, preferably in food or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple sites and achieving results-driven outcomes.
- Strong understanding of lease documentation and commercial principles.
- Proficient in LeaseEagle and/or Monday.com software platforms.
- Excellent administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in work delivery.
