Maintaining a pivotal role in Sydney, this position oversees the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), meticulously capturing Preventative and Reactive work orders. In addition to managing subcontractors, the role involves documenting maintenance progress and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers related to the contract.
The Role
This Full-Time opportunity is available for a Soft Services Coordinator to join our key client Qantas in Sydney.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the CMMS system, capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress.
- First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract.
- Provide general administration assistance, including invoices and purchase orders. Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We seek an individual with:
- Strong experience in high volume administration.
- Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building/facilities management is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach.
