About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to support the efficient running of a high-profile government building in Sydney's CBD, along with a portfolio of remote managed sites.

This client-facing role will see you working closely with senior executives, service partners, and colleagues to provide a welcoming, reliable, and professional facilities service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations at a flagship CBD site
  • Support maintenance, compliance, and service delivery across base building and remote properties
  • Be the primary on-site contact for client executives, providing friendly, solution-focused support
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely services
  • Monitor budgets and reporting, with guidance from the Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management, property services, or a related field
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the wider team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS systems
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory requirement)
