We are seeking a skilled facilities manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Job Purpose:

Provide facilities management services across multiple industrial properties in various states and territories.

Manage all aspects of facilities operations, risk, and compliance, including:

  • Overall management of FM operations, risk, and compliance
  • Management of the FM team and contractors
  • Implementation and utilization of the company's FM platform
  • Planned Scheduled Maintenance Program
  • Monitor and manage FM contractor works and activities
  • Liaise with operational teams for technical and maintenance advice
  • Foster environmentally friendly practices and behaviors

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships and create engagement within the company, landlords, and vendors/contractors.

Implement and manage FM services and processes to ensure:

  • A safe and suitable working environment for employees and their activities
  • Properties meet environmental, health, and safety requirements
  • Company meets obligations under lease agreements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing forecasts, capital works, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
