Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, requests, and feedback.
  • Manage accurate payment handling and maintain compliance with hotel policies.
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met.
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
  • A professional appearance that represents our brand well.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Competency using Microsoft Suite and experience working with Sihot PMS preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
