Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

About the Role:

  • Interact with guests during check-in and check-out, take reservations, answer calls, and assist with queries.
  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collect, store, and deliver guest luggage.
  • Assist with guest needs, provide information, and resolve general guest concerns.
  • Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day.
  • Cash handling and accounts reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Possession and drive for exceptional customer service.
  • Dedicated to excellence and producing exceptional results.
  • Available to work on any day, including weekends and nights.
  • Opera Property Management System experience desirable.
