Business Analysis Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our ERP Replacement Program team. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and analyse areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.

The successful candidate will bring experience and passion in the field of business analysis, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align with ERP strategy, identifying areas for improvement in business systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Evaluate the implications of system changes and establish testing protocols to ensure enhancements meet functional requirements.
  • Generate clear project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  • Liaise with technical resources to monitor technical developments and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Ensure all developments are consistent with legislative and professional standards, maintaining data integrity and security at all times.
