ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven ERP implementation specialist to lead our major ERP implementation project from inception to launch.
- Spearhead the full ERP implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and external partners.
- Liaise between stakeholders to align processes across Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations departments.
- Develop comprehensive user training programs and provide clear documentation to ensure successful system adoption.
- Oversee high-quality data migration and reporting setup, guaranteeing accurate and timely insights.
- Monitor post-launch system performance, promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to ongoing systems improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably in mid-sized or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles, particularly in FMCG/food industry settings.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI or SQL expertise a significant asset.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality training content.
