About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ERP solutions, including design, business process review, system build, training, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acceptance testing, end-user training, and ongoing support
- Business Process Review with prospects and customers
- Requirements gathering and documentation with customers for modification development
- Providing training to both internal team members and external stakeholders
- Perform data validation and reconciliation with the data conversion team and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field (accounting/commerce) preferred
- Strong knowledge of financials within ERP systems
- Previous experience producing specifications for modifications to ERP systems
- Client-facing ERP implementation role experience
- Experience with Business Intelligence solutions and associated data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing
