ERP Implementation Specialist

About the Role

  • Deliver end-to-end ERP implementation and support services, encompassing design, business process review, system build, training, and post-implementation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead acceptance testing, user training, and ongoing support initiatives
  2. Collaborate with prospects and customers to conduct thorough business process reviews
  3. Gather and document customer requirements for modification development
  4. Provide training and coaching to both internal teams and external customers
  5. Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation through collaboration with data conversion teams and customers
  6. Work closely with project managers to deliver projects within scope, on time, and in line with set objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in a business-related field (accounting/commerce) as a preferred requirement
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial processes within ERP systems
  • Previous experience in producing specifications for modifications to ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in client-facing ERP implementation roles
  • Experience with Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI, data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing is an added advantage
