About the Role:

- This role involves handling inbound patient calls regarding pre-admission queries and concerns, guiding patients through preparation requirements and documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- You will coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support.
