As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support and customer service to all stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Coordinate key administration tasks such as staffing, roster management, and office supplies.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high standards of customer service excellence and represent the Calvary brand with each interaction.
  2. Support occupancy management activities, including providing key interface between customers, regional services, and national communications.
  3. Perform reception duties, including answering phones, meeting visitors, contractors, and booking appointments.
  4. Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and dignity when interacting with residents, families, staff, volunteers, consumers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • A desire to join a mission-based organisation committed to caring for others.
  • Healthcare rostering and staff support experience is necessary.
