
Support Coordinator

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support and customer service to all stakeholders.
About the Role- Coordinate key administration tasks such as staffing, roster management, and office supplies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service excellence and represent the Calvary brand with each interaction.
- Support occupancy management activities, including providing key interface between customers, regional services, and national communications.
- Perform reception duties, including answering phones, meeting visitors, contractors, and booking appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and dignity when interacting with residents, families, staff, volunteers, consumers, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- A desire to join a mission-based organisation committed to caring for others.
- Healthcare rostering and staff support experience is necessary.
