Join our Customer Service team and play a vital role in supporting our Service and Repairs operations—ensuring excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Based at our **Huntingwood Depot**, the Customer Service Coordinator is a key contributor to the smooth operation of our Service and Repair function. You will be the central point of contact for service-related inquiries, providing administrative support, coordinating service activities, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with our customers and internal teams.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Act as the primary contact for all service-related customer communications, delivering a responsive and empathetic experience.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including invoicing, reporting, and documentation management.
- Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance Scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding service quotes and liaise with customers to facilitate approvals.
- Support the management of the equipment loan pool, including tracking and follow-up of outstanding loans.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred (training provided).
