Role Overview

This role involves working as a Mechanical Technician within our Production Plant. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable improvements that ensure our operations objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks to plant and equipment
  • Collaborating with the reliability team on RCA, breakdown elimination, line-specific issues, and development
  • Completing all maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks allocated
  • Supporting the site Maintenance Strategy in accordance with CCEP Way for Asset Care
  • Ensuring all behaviors align with business vision, policies, and site objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert 3 Engineering Trade)
  • Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG, beverage/food manufacturing or similar)
  • Previous experience with continuous high-speed processing and packaging equipment in an industrial production environment
  • Advanced mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and other people's concerns and requirements
  • Good knowledge of CMMS-based maintenance systems
