Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic Specialist

Job Overview

The role of an aircraft mechanic specialist involves identifying and correcting malfunctioning mechanical components and systems. Performing annual and progressive inspections, modification work on customer aircraft, and ensuring thorough knowledge of engines, mechanical systems, and components is a key part of the job.

Responsibilities

Diagnostic duties include diagnosing malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft mechanically for flight and delivery to customers. Key responsibilities also include maintaining aircraft airworthiness by performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft are airworthy
  • Diagnose and correct mechanical issues with aircraft systems and components
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and documentation
