About our Workforce Planning role

We are seeking a motivated and task-driven individual to support our Customer Service and Ramp teams at Sydney Airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience with rostering and payroll systems.

The successful applicant will provide administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager, manage staff rosters, and establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage staff rosters and the rostering/payroll system
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager
  • Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminal 2 & 3
  • Professionally manage all telephone calls
  • Establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Task driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritise, and multi-task
  • Experience with HumanForce Workforce Management preferred
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
