The Role at Sydney Airport

We're seeking a motivated Workforce Planning Professional to support our Customer Service and Ramp teams. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and is task-focused, eager to contribute to long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Staff Rosters and Payroll Systems
  • Provide administrative and operational support to airport management.
  • Support lounge operations, including stock ordering and facilities management.
  • Professionally manage telephone calls and handle sensitive information.
  • Establish and maintain systems for administrative areas.
  • Prepare and maintain client billing records.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Task driven, focused, with time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with workforce management software preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and administration experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous rostering and payroll experience required.
  • Confidence and skill in handling employee and management enquiries.
