Workforce Planning and Transformation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning and Transformation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with our organisation's future needs.

About the TeamThe Talent Transformation Office within National Talent shapes workforce strategies and initiatives to enable business transformation. Our team works closely with diverse stakeholders daily to ensure workforce strategies are in sync with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to design, implement, and continuously improve workforce planning processes
- Analyse internal and external trends to prepare employees for future change
- Develop actionable strategies based on data-driven insights
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Workforce Strategy and/or Transformation or similar
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes that align with strategic goals and priorities
- Experience in leveraging data to drive workforce decisions
- Choice and flexibility on where, when, and how you work
- Mentoring programs – receive support and coaching to progress your career
- Recognition culture to celebrate milestones and discounts at hundreds of retailers
