Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide in-home care services to our valued customers. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults in our community.

  • Domestic Assistance: Providing a safe and clean living environment for our customers by assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Personal Care: Assisting customers with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications.
  • Social Support: Providing emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping them stay connected with their loved ones and engaged in activities they enjoy.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care or a related field, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, providing flexible and adaptable support to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing domestic assistance and personal care to customers in their own homes.
  • Assisting customers with transportation and social activities.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field.
  • Qualifications in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
