Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes, assisting with everyday tasks, social activities, and promoting independence.

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in a home environment.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.
  • Provide transport to appointments and community activities.
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or willingness to obtain.
  • A current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
