Job Title: Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team.

Care to Care provides in-home assistance to aged and disabled clients, enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes. Our services include personal care, nursing care, domestic assistance, transportation, companionship & pastoral care, in-home respite and light gardening services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care needs, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect for our clients.
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
  • Offer companionship and support clients with social activities, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and other engagements.
  • Prepare meals that cater to our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Administer medication as required, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Well-presented, reliable and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.
  • National Police Check and First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • COVID 19 Vaccination.
