  • You'll set clear goals and KPIs, aligned with our ambitious growth plans, and drive them forward with confidence.
  • Managing performance and handling challenges fairly and effectively is crucial in this role.
  • You'll develop and execute a clear business plan for market growth and team success, personally managing and expanding key client and candidate relationships.
  • Actively supporting your team in business development, pitches, and client meetings is also essential.
  • Collaborating with other senior leaders across the business will help you stay connected and informed.
  • Representing us at industry events and senior-level client meetings is another vital aspect of this role.
  • Accountability for revenue, profitability, and headcount growth is critical to your success.
