We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to support women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality outreach and refuge-based case management, deliver risk assessments, safety planning, individualised support plans and individual counselling to children living in refuge.

  • Mentor junior case managers and contribute to professional development within the team
  • Work within trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks

You will be part of a team that provides trauma-informed, client-centred support in a safe, empowering environment.

About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in family/domestic violence or social services
  • Strong case management and risk assessment skills
  • Cultural competence and ability to work with CALD communities
