Personal Support Specialist

- Transferring clients between beds, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids, using hoists as required for safe lifting
- Assisting with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Supporting clients with personal care needs including toileting, bladder, and bowel management
- Providing basic wound care and administering medications as prescribed
- Offering domestic assistance with meal preparation, household chores, and laundry
- Facilitating community involvement through transportation to appointments and social activities
This position requires working a fixed fortnightly roster that includes morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
About YouWe seek applicants who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to a fixed schedule and work various shifts
- Holder of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue Card holder
- Previous experience or relevant qualifications in the field
