We are seeking skilled Data Center Technicians to support our clients with equipment management and hands-on technical assistance. Ideal candidates will have experience in handling IT hardware, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data center operations.

This is a flexible, intermittent contract opportunity that requires the ability to work on an on-call basis. Successful applicants will be self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with team members and maintain accurate records of equipment movements and resolutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to equipment staging and delivery requests in a timely manner
  • Safely storing and staging IT hardware and equipment
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of hardware to client sites
  • Performing hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to minimize downtime

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of data center equipment and associated technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with data center safety procedures and protocols
