This iconic destination is undergoing a comprehensive renovation, featuring vibrant new dining concepts, a reimagined bar experience, stylish event spaces, and refreshed gaming areas.

You will oversee daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience, working proactively across all departments to ensure seamless service.

The successful candidate will champion the guest journey, leading initiatives that delight patrons and inspire their team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards, and compliance across all trading areas.
  • Manage team performance, onboarding, and training - foster a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver cohesive service and a unified guest experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies to boost engagement and drive revenue.
  • Maintain compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and all regulatory standards.
  • Monitor forecasts and staffing needs, balancing efficiency with service excellence.
