Your Role at a Glance: You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience.
With a proactive, people-first approach, you'll work across all departments — dining, bar, events and gaming — to ensure the venue runs like a well-oiled (and high-energy) machine.
Your Key Responsibilities: Champion the guest journey — lead service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards and compliance across all trading areas.
Manage team performance, onboarding, and training — create a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all regulatory standards.
Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs — balance efficiency with service excellence.
Portfolio may include bar, restaurant or events.
