About This Exciting Opportunity

This is a chance to lead the transformation of a waterfront venue into its next chapter. With a fresh, modern design and epic views, you will be part of a complete overhaul – taking charge of daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards and compliance across all trading areas.
  • Manage team performance, onboarding, and training – creating a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all regulatory standards.
  • Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs – balancing efficiency with service excellence.
Your Qualifications and Experience

You will need to have:

  • 2+ years' management experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.
  • A proven ability to lead a team and create an energetic, service-driven culture.
  • A natural problem solver and motivator who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • A passion for hospitality – genuinely loving what you do.
