Waterfront Venue Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of our waterfront venue into its next chapter. As the new Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for driving daily operations, team leadership, and the overall guest experience.

Your Role at a Glance:
  • Lead service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards, and compliance across all trading areas.
  • Manage team performance, onboarding, and training – create a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs – balance efficiency with service excellence.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 2+ years' management experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and create an energetic, service-driven culture.
  • Natural problem solver and motivator who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Possession of RSA & RCG certifications is required, but if you don't have them yet, they must be obtained before your start date.
