  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support, continually enhancing skills and knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in providing desktop support to end users, utilizing a computerized service management ticketing system.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Office, Windows 10 Pro, Active Directory, and Apple iOS/Mac and Android.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
